Carbine II builds on the basic concepts learned in Carbine I utilizing advanced tactics and scenario-based carbine deployment, with a focal point of short to midrange engagements most likely to be encountered by law enforcement and armed civilians.

Prior Instruction Required: Carbine I or equivalent

Required Gear:

  • Eye and Ear Protection
  • Reliable Carbine *
  • Sling
  • Minimum of 4 Magazines (more is better)
  • Pouches for 3 Magazines on Body (belt mounted or chest rig)
  • Rifle Lube
  • 400 Rounds of Factory Ammunition (minimum)
  • Reliable Handgun w/Belt Holster (no Serpa, no crossdraw)
  • Minimum 3 Handgun Magazines
  • 120 Rounds Factory Handgun Ammunition
  • Gloves
  • Long Sleeved Shirt
  • Water/Snacks
  • Black Sharpie

Not Required But Highly Recommended:

  • Notebook and Pen
  • Hat
  • Rain Gear

  • Kneepads
